Proudly, we have partnered again with The Discovery Foundation to deliver our High-Performance Leadership Program to a variety of tech sector companies across B.C. – 100% funding for the program is provided to the successful applicants.  

 

The High-Performance Leadership Program consists of 12 hrs of training, and enables senior executives in BC-based companies to develop high-performance team practices, communicate leadership vision, address strategies for sustained high-performance, apply best practices for adaptive and distributed leadership, and consider the impact of Al on leadership roles and practices.
