SkyPilots offers progressive, human-centred coaching and leadership development over 3 distinct, related offerings: ACT, ALIGN, and ELEVATE.

ACT - focus on solutions-orientated coaching and embodied, mindful practices for dealing with high-pressure, uncertainty, stress and transitions. Orientated to immediate, urgent or time-sensitive requirements for performance delivery. 6 hours (3 with both coaches, 3 with one coach based on area of expertise)
Investment: $1950
ALIGN - get centered in your values and motivations; develop tools for self-leadership, communication and increased awareness; get clarity on your vision for purposeful impact. This programs is aimed at integrating your whole self for conscious, confident and empowered leadership. 3 months (4 sessions with both coaches, 4 with one coach based on area of expertise, follow up emails, resource sharing, check ins)
Investment: $3800
ELEVATE - thrive with tools to optimize wellness, performance, and sustained growth habits; develop optimal life-work balance; adopt self-care as a basis for understanding 'self' as a system and how this translates into organizational wellness as value-sets and behaviours. Orientated to long-term success building, longevity and excelling in all areas of life. 3 months (4 sessions with both coaches, 4 with one coach based on area of expertise, follow up emails, resource sharing, check ins)

ALIGN + ELEVATE 6 months
(6 sessions with both coaches, 8 with one coach based on area of expertise, follow up emails, resource sharing, check ins, energy management assessment)

Our rates are in CAD and don't include applicable taxes or travel expenses.
We work online as well as in-person where possible. Our leadership coaching is tailored to the individual and supports you in where you want to go!
We offer personalized assessment options to get you started. We can also utilize any previous assessments you bring to the table.
